Fresh fruit salads are the best recipe in these hot summer days. I
just made a bowl full of fruits and I thought why not to write some of
the recipes I use-not only fruit salads are healthy but helps to keep a
fit body and a glowing skin.
1- Avocado Fruit Salad:is one of the most loved
salad-you can make your own at the comfort at your home-just chop some
pieces of avocado and mint, add fat free yogurt.
2-Ginger-and-Lemon Fruit Salad: Cut different fruits
and add ginger, lemon and honey on top of it-by doing so, you will add
an extra flavor to your fresh fruit salad.
3-Fruitini: you choose the fruits you want to make
the salad but instead of placing them in a normal bowl, go for a martini
glass and put the fruits in there, and wo-lah! you have just create a
fruitini.
4-Tomato and watermelon salad: You probably haven’t
heard this before but combining tomato with watermelon can lead to an
amazing salad, you can add a few slices of onion also.
5-Fruit salad with yogurt: Fresh fruit combined with
yogurt are what you look on tv commercials on these hot summer days-but
why buy a shop salad when you can make your own one with a cheaper
price and fresh fruit; just cut your chosen fruits in small peaces and
add two or three tablespoon of yogurt on top and there you have it!
